With a maximum capacity of 40000 g, accuracy from ± 5 g and a production rate of 60 ppm, the 14T3 is a classic end-of-line instrument, a top-level equipment suitable for checking sacks, cardboard boxes and barrels.
Detection occurs through a dual load cell system positioned on a belt conveyor.
It has an IP54 degree of protection and can be paired with roller infeed and outfeed systems.

Dual System
Weight is measured through a double load cell system. The two cells are positioned to the sides of the weighing plate: this allows the machine to be cleaned more quickly and efficiently than with other configurations, cutting maintenance costs and line standstill times. Furthermore, the Dual System ensures extremely high accuracy and repeatability, even at high speeds.
Simple, functional electronics
Digital electronics with an alphanumeric display, complete with self-calibration device, mobile average function and 100 storable programs. There are also 2 RS232 C serial ports available. Multi-level password protected access reduces human error to a minimum.
Stable, safe and easily serviced mechanics
This in line checkweigher consists of three conveyors (feeder, weighing and outfeed), supported by a structure in stainless steel tubing that gives the machine stability, eliminating possible vibrations and disturbances originating from the workplace. The load-bearing tube structure speeds up cleaning operations. All the models comply with the standard on protection, from IP54 to IP65.
